Lisbon to Franklin Square ~8.5 miles: asphalt
Franklin Square to Leetonia: ~2 miles: bridges decked, roadbed graded but not paved.
This is a beautiful trail. It follows the Middle Fork of the Beaver Creek. You can see the river off and on from north of Teegarden to Lisbon. Much of the trail is shaded.

An abandoned section of the Pittsburgh, Lisbon and Western RR ran from Lisbon to Saratoga, Elkton, Newhouse and Signal Junction. The track east and north of Signal Junction is still in place. It was operated by the Youngstown and Southern
until a few years ago. Columbiana County Port Authority recently took ownership and is repairing the line.

Abandoned Youngstown and Ohio River Electric RR DRP ran from Salem to Leetonia, Lisbon, West Point and East Liverpool. Between Leetonia and Lisbon sections of the roadbed and bridge abutments are visible. Some sections are now private roads. Southeast of Lisbon portions are a public road before turning private again.
Conrail (Pennsylvania RR) main line runs through Leetonia.
Sandy Beaver Canal ran through Lisbon.
